This hotel is tucked away down a discrete alleyway inside the walls of the city, offering a peaceful and authentic experience. The staff are incredibly helpful and go out of their way to ensure your stay is enjoyable. The rooms, situated on two floors surrounding a charming courtyard, showcase a traditional Chinese design that adds to the overall ambiance.
The shower arrangement in the bathroom could be improved to avoid getting wet all over after use, but overall, everything was satisfactory.

Great location down a quiet alley to the right of the busy street, but still within short walking distance to all the attractions. The rooms are clean and comfortable with beautiful traditional furniture. The breakfast was nice and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

This inn is located down a discreet alleyway, away from the crowds but still close to everything, making it an ideal location for travelers. the rooms are beautifully renovated and well, appointed, providing all the necessary amenities. the owners are exceptionally hospitable and always willing to assist with anything needed, including arranging transportation or finding an English, speaking tour guide. the Chinese, style breakfast, cooked by the owner’s mother, is a must, try and the home, made food is delicious and authentic.
Despite the excellent service, some guests had issues with mosquitos in the rooms, but this is a common issue in the area and during certain seasons.

We recently spent our New Year holiday in a lovely inn tucked away in a quiet alley. The inn was cozy and clean, and the owners were beyond hospitable. They helped us plan our stay and gave us invaluable tips on places to visit nearby. The location was also perfect, just a short stroll from the main streets. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the authentic meals served by the friendly staff.
There were some drawbacks to our stay, such as the hard, uncomfortable beds. the lack of A/C made the room a bit stuffy at times, though the fan provided some relief.

Pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff. the rooms were cozy with a Chinese touch and the traditional decor was soothing and welcoming. the owners gave good recommendations about local restaurants and attractions and offered umbrellas when it rained. the breakfast consisted of two side dishes, corn, hard boiled eggs, steamed buns, and millet porridge; it was a decent start to the day. the inn was located in a quiet street close to the main points of interest, which made it a convenient choice.
The accommodation lacked the level of cleanliness expected, with some areas looking unkept. the bathroom was poorly designed as there was no shower cabin, making it impossible to take a shower without water splashing all over the bathroom floor.
